Coffee at the Mill 
Matagalpa Mill, one of three in the main northern coffee growing regions in Nicaragua: Jinotega, Las Segovias and Matagalpa
Esperanza Commodity Group is a company fully committed to delivering the Highest Quality Arabica Coffees, with a Strong Commitment on Social and Environmental needs. As such, we have carefully selected the best cooperatives of small farmers whose farms meet the optimal conditions needed for the growing of our specialty coffees. 
Our Coffee is 100% Sun-Dried for a period of 12 ot 14 days. We do not use mechanical dryers because they may potentially damage the quality of Coffee and send needy people into unemployment.
