As such, we have carefully selected the best cooperatives of small farmers whose farms meet the optimal conditions needed for the growing of our specialty coffees.
Our Coffee is 100% Sun-Dried for a period of 12 ot 14 days. We do not use mechanical dryers because they may potentially damage the quality of Coffee and send needy people into unemployment.
